SegoCal

One calendar view, built from all the others.

SegoCal is a personal calendar aggregator. It connects the calendars you already have - Google, Microsoft/Outlook, and any read-only ICS or webcal subscription - and shows every event in a single list, grouped by day, on whatever device you happen to be holding.

It exists because unifying calendars usually means committing to one vendor's app. SegoCal reads from all of them instead, so you can see your work calendar, your family's, and a sports team's schedule feed in one place without moving any of them.

What it does

• Pulls events from Google Calendar, Microsoft Graph, and ICS/webcal feeds into one store.
• Shows a single merged day-by-day view, plus a month at a time up to a year ahead.
• Lets you hide calendars you want available but not underfoot, and rename any of them.
• Marks events you have declined, and shows RSVP status, location, and meeting links on an event's own page.
• Installs to a phone home screen as a web app, and runs as an ordinary browser tab on a desktop.

How it is run

SegoCal is self-hosted. It runs on a server its operator controls, stores events in a local database on that server, and sends calendar data nowhere else. There is no hosted SegoCal service and no account to create.

Reading calendars is the whole job. The one exception is creating an event on a connected Microsoft calendar, which is the only write access SegoCal uses.
